Middle East Chapter: Rewriting CRE - Join us in collaboration with the RICS

What’s Next for Commercial Real Estate?

Commercial real estate is undergoing a fundamental transformation. From shifting occupier expectations and human-centered design to the commercial realities of ESG, retrofitting, and AI-driven decision-making, the rules of real estate are being rewritten. In collaboration with RICS, join industry leaders Natalie Stephenson, Partner, CSQ & RICS UAE Board Member; Jack Cone, Vice President ‑ Leasing & CRM ‑ APAC & ME, Asset Management (BGRE); Joyce Jarjoura, Senior Associate & Studio Director, Gensler, and Vaarrun Agarwaal, Head of Asset Management - Europe, Americas, Africa, Middle East & Pakistan, Standard Chartered - moderated by Tim Shelton CEO, IOX - as they unpack how the sector must adapt to survive and thrive. Together, this expert panel will explore how sustainability is shifting from a reporting exercise to a core financial driver and define what success looks like for the next decade of commercial real estate.
