Beyond the Horizon: As AI Changes Work, What Becomes More Human?
When: Thursday, November 12, 2026
Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm EST
Where: Virtually with CoreNet UK Chapter and CoreNet Carolinas Chapter
Two Chapters of CoreNet. Two Markets. One question that may define the future of work.
This joint event enables both chapters to share core takeaways and key learnings from their recent flagship conferences—Future Focus and MEGA 2026 —which took place on October 15, 2026.
Leaders form both sides of the Atlantic will come together to explore what happens next. As Technology reshapes work, workplaces, and expectations, where does human value increase rather than decline?
Please review the resources below for an overview of both regional events. We have selected two featured topics that promise valuable, cross-regional perspectives for our combined membership.
Carolinas Chapter - Mega Event

Presented by Courtney Fain (JLL) and Summer Whitney (Truist)

This session explores how real estate leaders can look beyond immediate demands by identifying subtle market signals, behavioral shifts, and underlying corporate priorities.
-Discover strategies to ask targeted questions, challenge baseline assumptions, and position your team to deliver forward-looking solutions tailored for future growth.
-True advisory leadership requires anticipating requirements and guiding clients toward enduring value.
