District West Site Visit & Networking Event

Located just moments from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, the former Telegraaf Media Group printing facility has recently been transformed into a distinctive office building, "Warehouse".

District West, developed by APF International, comprises three office buildings with a total gross floor area of over 45,000 square metres, set within a green, landscaped outdoor environment.

As the campus's newest redevelopment, Warehouse combines industrial character with future proof sustainability. The building meets the Paris Proof standards, has achieved a BREEAM Excellent certification, and holds an A++++ energy rating.

A carefully curated community programme and urban food & beverage facilities bring the District West community together, fostering collaboration, encouraging interaction, and contributing to the well being of its users.

District West is a smart campus powered by IoT sensors. In partnership with the smart building platform bGrid, real time data on temperature, lighting, sound levels, humidity, and CO₂ levels is continuously monitored and managed. During this visit, you will discover how this data is used to analyse building usage, optimise energy efficiency, and improve occupant comfort.
