Monica Smith, CEO of Tradewinds Career Consulting, will lead an interactive seminar over lunchtime that will:

·       Explore the behaviors of each of the Six types of Working Genius

·       Reflect on which aspects of your roles may be surfacing in work assignments

·       Identify direct and actionable ways to align work in teams to synchronize with teammates

·       Explore a project team-level view of Working Genius including workflow and effectiveness impacts

·       Practice Communication optimization for the different types of Geniuses
