Learn to Sail with Emerging Leaders

When: June 18^th from 3-6 PM (+ Happy Hour after)

Where: Hudson River Community Sailing at Pier 66 Boathouse in Chelsea (207 12th Ave, New York, NY 10001)

Who: Open to CoreNet Emerging Leaders Members and Non-Members

 

Come learn to sail with CoreNet’s Emerging Leaders! No sailing experience is required. This community building activity will allow you to get acquainted with fellow industry peers (members and non-members alike). Expect to be on the water for about 2.5 hours with 4 other people (3 crew and one instructor). Please note that the goal of this event is to welcome industry peers into CoreNet so please invite friends. Each boat will have a mixture of CoreNet Members and prospective members.

3:00: Check-in, Safety Briefing, Overview of CoreNet

3:30: Sailing

5:30: Friendly Race Back to the Boathouse

5:45: Mini Awards Ceremony

6:00 Head to the Frying Pan for Happy Hour
