This Leadership & Culture panel discussion anchors on how leadership can intentionally shape culture and performance amid key shifts - including AI disruption, neurodiversity, talent expectations, hiring trends, and hybrid work that are
evolving for the future of work. The event is designed to be practical, reflective, and highly interactive.

Herk Low | CEO & Lead Facilitator, Herk Consulting

Herk is the founder and CEO of Herk Consulting, a capability development firm that helps leaders and organisations navigate complexity with clarity by developing leadership, strengthening teams, and creating measurable impact. He has designed and delivered programmes across finance, healthcare, consulting, education, government, and social services. Formerly Assistance Chief Executive of SG Enable and Director of Strategic Planning at National Council of Social Service, he led major national inclusion and social sector transformation initiatives in Singapore.   


Dr Jenny Tan | Immediate Past President, ISACA SG
Dr Jenny is a seasoned global risk leader and transformation executive with extensive experience in internal audit, technology risk, governance and enterprise resilience. Currently Global Head of Group Internal Audit at CapitaLand Investment, she drives audit innovation, combined assurance and data-enabled risk practices across complex international portfolios. A former PwC Singapore Partner and CIO, she has led large-scale transformation, operational turnaround and talent development initiatives. Jenny also serves on university boards, chairs the Institute of Risk Management Singapore and continues to contributes to national AI advisory efforts. Recognised for strategic execution and stakeholder influence, she combines commerical, consulting and academic expertise to strengthen organisational performance and risk culture.
 

Robbie Robertson | Experience Design Leader, Asia Pacific & ME, Gensler
Robbie is a strategy lead and experience designer with nearly three decades of work across 500+ projects in workplace, hospitality, and immersive environments. He blends service design, spatial thinking, and digital to create human-centred experiences. His regional work spans finance, retail, and automotive, including service roles at Deloitte Digital leading transformations for Qantas, Toyota, and Standard Chartered. A natural connector, Robbie aligns business goals with real-world outcomes. He is also passionate about equity and inclusion, serving as regional co-lead for Global inclusion. 

Yean Cheong | Executive Director, SGTech
Yean is Executive Director of SGTech, held since December 2020. She leads efforts to catalyse a thriving technology ecosystem and strength Singapore's position as a global tech powerhouse. An international C-Suite marketer, digital strategist and change catalyst, Yean brings over 25 years of experience across the Asia Pacific. She has built a distinguished career at the intersection of marketing, technology and business transformation, working across diverse
sectors, industries and markets. A pioneer in digital innovation, Yean was part of the founding team at Zuji, a Travelocity-owned online travel company that shaped early travel eCommerce in APAC.
