Middle East Chapter: Applying WELL Features to Create Healthier, High-Performing Workplaces

Applying WELL Features to Create Healthier, High-Performing Workplaces

Sedentary workplaces limit more than just physical health - they stifle cognitive performance and engagement. Join us for an interactive event in May led by Jennie Stallings, a member of the WELL Movement Advisory Board, and WELL Faculty to explore how workplace design can embed activity into the fabric of the working day.

Using the WELL v2 Movement framework, participants will discover practical strategies for:

·    Circulation Networks & Stair Use: Designing for natural flow.

· Active Workstations: Strategies for inclusive movement without increasing floor space.

· Micro-Movement Spaces: Creating low-cost interventions that drive productivity and retention.

Through hands-on exercises and small-group design challenges, you will leave with actionable principles, a space-audit checklist, and a low-cost strategy to implement immediately.
