Kendall values the profound impact of design on creating a comfortable environment and exhibits comprehensive knowledge in crafting tailored spaces that cater to our client’s needs. She believes that each person is directly affected by their environment and as a designer, she has the opportunity and responsibility to make these environments a space that encourages its occupants. To her, the personal impact she has with design is both a privilege and a passion.
Kendall views design with a unique perspective. She has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and does not believe in standardization, but in the unique and exciting challenges that every new opportunity holds. At the end of the day, she just wants to make people’s day better by creating positive, highly functional spaces.
Kendall’s unwavering dedication to design and her commitment to ongoing learning set the standard for her achievements, leading her to become a Registered Interior Designer (RID) and a LEED Green Associate. A native Houstonian, Kendall enjoys volunteering for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and spending time with friends and family.

· Alex Assarian – Harvey | Project Manager
Alex Assarian is a Project Manager at Harvey Cleary Builders, where he has been an integral part of the firm. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 with a degree in Construction Science and has seven years of experience delivering complex projects across office, industrial, and specialized manufacturing sectors.
In his role, Alex serves as the primary point of contact for his projects, working closely with ownership, developers, architects, and internal executive leadership. His responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, including conceptual budgeting and feasibility analysis, detailed estimating, subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation, schedule development and control, cost management and forecasting, change management, risk mitigation, quality control, and coordination of field operations with superintendents and trade partners.
Some of Alex’s notable projects include the Insperity Center V build-to-suit project in Kingwood, Texas (a 10-story office building), Bluebonnet Nutrition’s vitamin manufacturing laboratory in Houston, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District Headquarters in Mobile, Alabama—a unique facility featuring a four-story tilt-wall structure with two additional stories constructed above. He is currently managing the construction of a 1.4-million-square-foot advanced distribution center as well as a 300,000-square-foot specialty enoki mushroom manufacturing facility.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys hunting, fishing, and skiing.
