Amy Bowdre, RID, IIDA, LEED AP BD+C, Associate Principal | Abel Design Group

Amy Bowdre is a registered Interior Designer with over 19 years of experience in commercial interior design whose work blends artistry, storytelling, and strategic design. From a young age, she was captivated by art and design, as well as the stories that spaces can tell. Her portfolio spans corporate interiors, hospitality, and retail, with notable clients including Waterbridge Resources, Maverick, Chamberlain Hrdlicka, Schlumberger SiS, and Subsea 7. Amy is known for creating environments that reflect her clients’ narrative and values while leading teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.

She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architecture from Texas A&M University. A passionate advocate for the design profession, Amy actively serves on industry committees and volunteers with Building New Foundations. As a mentor, she is committed to empowering the next generation of design professionals.

 

Lonna Jenks, Vice President | JLL

Lonna represents local and national tenants with their commercial real estate assignments, including but not limited to new leases, renewals, extensions, restructures, subleases, dispositions and acquisitions. Her primary focus is on office tenant representation and portfolio management, where she has completed in excess of 1 million square feet in transactions. She has represented clients with international requirements in Europe and Canada.

Lonna has an extensive financial analysis background and provides advisory services to local and national companies, including clients from the oil and gas, finance and insurance, legal, and medical industries.

Lonna started her career with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory group in Houston after obtaining her Masters in Real Estate from Texas A&M. Her initial responsibilities included providing financial analysis to support brokers and clients and quickly shifted to a brokerage role, where she continues to specialize in tenant representation. Since joining JLL, Lonna continues to focus on tenant representation, acting as an advisor to her clients regarding overall real estate strategy and supporting her team in their efforts to provide best in class service to their clients.

 

Rachel Koehring, Director of Marketing | Goree Architects

Rachel is a strategic marketing leader with a deep-rooted passion for the built environment. While earning her degree in Anthropology and Psychology from the University of Kansas, she began her career at Limited Brands, where she spent over a decade leading people and impacting training and development initiatives across the market. She later transitioned into the AEC industry in a business development capacity at an engineering firm before joining Goree, a full-service architecture and design firm. As Director of Marketing, she drives the firm’s national strategic growth initiatives across its geographic and market portfolio.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Rachel is pursuing her MBA from the University of Kansas. She is an active leader in the commercial real estate and AEC industries, holding leadership roles within Urban Land Institute (ULI) Houston and ULI, as well as CoreNet Global. She serves on Goree’s Leadership Team, is a mentor within the firm, and co-chairs the internal AIA Sandcastle Steering Committee.

Beyond her professional commitments, Rachel deeply engages in community service through the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, Boys & Girls Club, Houston Food Bank, and HAWC. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, exploring Houston’s restaurant scene, watching sports, and traveling.

 

Jonathan Miller, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Principal, Houston Managing Director Infinity MEP+S Consultants

Jonathan Miller, PE is a principal and partner at Infinity MEP+S Consultants, a leading MEP/structural engineering firm in Houston with offices around Texas and in Dubai. As Managing Director of the Houston office, Jonathan’s responsibilities include quality control, business development, project management, and fiduciary duties.

Jonathan’s experience encompasses a wide range of projects, stemming from over 18 years in the industry - from fast paced tenant improvements, to high rise buildings for the most demanding clientele, he has excelled at meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Jonathan prides himself on open communication, teamwork and responsiveness. His work in renovation projects has prepared him by giving him the ability to adapt to any situation. This combined with a wealth of knowledge and an eagerness to go above and beyond have fueled his drive for the engineering service industry. Jonathan believes the interests of the clients come first and foremost, and projects are only successful if the overall team is satisfied. He is committed to producing at the highest level and knows the only way to truly do it is by keeping the clients happy.
