She specialises in Tenant Representation services, acting on behalf of Global occupiers and has extensive experience working with clients across multiple business activities and geographies, balancing complex projects with positive outcomes for the client.

Swapnil is an expert in researching and analysing real estate markets, with a focus on the UAE. His work covers all sectors, examining broader economic drivers and other factors that underpin real estate activity.
